Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles spanning Delivery Management, Business Development, Technical Quality Assurance, and Delivery Excellence. In my current role as a People Manager, I am leading a team of Product Managers dedicated to modernizing Microsoft's Recruiting and Performance & Development portfolios. Notable achievements include the successful delivery of an AI-enabled modernized Microsoft Career Site and the performance & development system for Microsoft employees. As a Product Manager, I have overseen the development and release of multiple products that not only delight customers but also strategically contribute to the business. My approach involves collaborating with business stakeholders, engaging customers, defining product vision, creating successful designs, managing releases, and fostering connections within the customer/partner community. In my capacity as a Delivery Lead, I have managed large projects with distributed teams, delivering solutions to Fortune 1000 enterprise customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. Maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate (CSAT > 90), I take pride in ensuring the successful execution of projects. As a Solution Architect, I played a pivotal role in winning green field development projects and large enterprise portfolio migrations to Azure. I initiated and led the setup of Azure development and HoloLens development teams within Microsoft Services Global Delivery.
