How we grow up and the things we’re exposed to during our formative years can play a significant role in who we become, which is why I consider myself so fortunate to have grown up in a family of entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurial journey started when I set up an offshore development center for my employer in the US in association with our company in India - Sierra Instrumentation & Controls [www.sierracontrol.com]. After more than a year into software development operations, we established Tech Sierra [www.techsierra.in] as a new entity to entirely handle our growing IT Services and Staff Augmentation business. No entrepreneur has ever succeeded [or even failed] completely alone. The booming tech market during Covid helped us gain pace, and from a Mumbai-team of 4 in January 2021, we are now a pan-India team of 20+ [and growing!!] in January 2022.
