I’ve always believed that if something feels broken, you don’t just complain, you build. That belief has shaped my career.I build workflow automation and knowledge systems that turn messy, unstructured inputs into clear, decision-ready outputs. My focus is practical: reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and make processes repeatable with the right checks and visibility.Over the last several years, I’ve led large-scale, cross-functional programs in global operations and supply chain, including managing high-value hardware programs, improving forecasting and procurement workflows, and building internal tools and dashboards that increased operational visibility and sped up decision-making. I’m most effective when the problem is ambiguous, the stakeholders are many, and execution has to be crisp.Earlier in my career, I worked across supply chain and operations roles at Lenovo, UPS and Volvo and earned my Master’s degree from North Carolina State University. That’s where I first got obsessed with systems, process design, and using data to eliminate inefficiency.Today, I work at the intersection of automation, analytics, and execution.
