  • Since 2023, I’ve been with Uniqode (formerly Beaconstac) first as Chief of Staff to the CEO, and now as Head of Growth. In these roles, I’ve helped shape company strategy, led pricing and packaging initiatives, and built the Growth and Founders’ Office functions from the ground up: spanning product, marketing, design, and engineering.
  • In my 2.5 years, Uniqode has scaled 3x in ARR. Along the way, I also led the acquisition of the-qrcode-generator.com, a B2C SaaS product that I’ve owned as P&L lead for the past year. With a team of six I built and hired, we delivered:

  • 4x improvement in free-to-paid conversion (0.3% → 1.2%) in just 2.5 quarters
