• As an engineering manager, I led a team of engineers in analytics and data scientists to deliver Workplace Insights, a data platform which predicted building occupancy to reimagine employee experiences and provided smart energy recommendations for a sustainable workplace. The insights generated in the platform, enabled critical decisions for worldwide locations in the wake of COVID19.

• Enterprise Commerce , Cloud & AI (2017 - 2020) - As a Lead PM, I managed a team of Product Managers and led a portfolio of cross-cutting data-driven capabilities including Authorization Services, User Management, Notifications and Data Solutions for Channel Partners, Finance Stakeholders and Field Sales within Microsoft Enterprise Commerce and Volume Licensing , a $XX-billion business function.
• Devices Supply Chain (2014 - 2017) - As a Senior PM, I was instrumental in transforming the technology landscape of Devices CARE Solutions for Surface, XBOX, Kinect and HoloLens. I led and Implemented self-serve troubleshooting tool-sets for Surface users in Consumer and Commercial segments. Enabled and transformed Devices CARE portfolio to emphasize on data-driven intelligent and preventive CARE solutions. During the course of this effort, I also worked on establishment of operating model of Scaled Agile Framework across team size of over 100 within the CARE portfolio. This required high impact change management across multiple teams and organizations during Nokia acquisition and divestiture for Phones ventures within Microsoft.
