• Manging business critical projects :- To ensure the continuity of business for the Rzp Capital entity, I led the solution design and integration with one of India's largest NBFCs. This involved managing a team of over 10 engineers and coordinating with other team leads and stakeholders. We successfully delivered the project within stringent timelines, ensuring seamless integration and operational continuity.
• Agnostic platforms : Developed an ERP-agnostic platform designed to synchronize multiple ledger entries such as POs, advances, and bills with any ERP tool available in the market, including Tally and Zoho Books. This platform ensures seamless integration across various ERP systems, facilitating efficient management and synchronization of financial data regardless of the ERP software used.
• Building the team :- Successfully built a team from inception, taking charge of technical decisions, implementations, and significantly improving the success rate (SR) of payments by 25%. My role was pivotal in integrating our service with various stakeholders within the company and successfully onboarding approximately 280 use cases across Razorpay.
• Developed scalable and usable architectures :- During my tenure in the Scheduler team of the Platform BU at Razorpay,developed a high-performance service from the ground up using Golang. This service is capable of handling 10,000 transactions per second (TPS) and maintains availability metrics with 99.99% uptime (4 Nines).Implemented comprehensive log monitoring tools to ensure efficient tracking and management of service operations. Additionally, I designed the service to be completely self-served, enabling seamless operation and maintenance.
• Managing AWS Services :- Integrated the service with K8s and have a well defined CI/CD pipeline to handle all the build functionality, complete testing of codebase and rollover to production.
