• HSBC is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations. HSBC serves approximately 40 million customers across a network of 64 countries and territories in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North America, and Latin America.
• Working as a full-stack software engineer in the Surveillance IT team of Markets & Securities Services at HSBC India.
• Migrated 3 existing channel implementations from legacy Java applications to newly developed Spring Boot applications. Built the frontend, backend, and deployment pipelines for these applications leading to a drastic increase in download and processing speed of channels data.
• Built complete end-to-end pipeline for 2 new channels that download data from the source, transform as per business requirements and upload them to the GCP bucket.
• Collaborate with the business managers to understand the project requirements, communicate the technical challenges and implement the underlying technology of the product.
• Implemented new Jenkins pipelines for many 3 Java applications to continuously build, test and deploy them to production and pre-prod environments.

• My JEE Mentor is an online platform that connects JEE aspirants to previous JEE toppers and gives them personal mentorship for their preparation. Each student who signs up for our platform is assigned a personal mentor who interacts with the student 1-to-1 and guides him/her in their preparation. My JEE Mentor has a team of 18 mentors who have given personal mentorship to over 150 students.
• Developed a clear product vision and business strategy for our platform and communicated to all the team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and managed a cross-functional team of 18 mentors and 5 interns to build the platform. Created the product roadmaps after discussing and collaborating with the tech, design, and mentorship team.
• Onboadred and trained the 18 mentors to prepare them for their role and helped them develop the interpersonal skills that are important to become a good mentor.
• Interviewed and hired a team of 5 interns who were responsible for different roles such as web development, UI/UX, marketing, operations, etc.
• Conducted monthly customer review interviews to collect their feedback. Captured the customer's feedback on multiple metrics, created a report, and discussed with the teams regularly.
• Created a dataset of user engagement, website traction, and customer feedback. Analyzed the data, measured our performance, and generated actionable insights.
