Roles and Responsibilities of HR Executive (Recruitment Consultancy)
1. Understanding Client Requirements
Interact with client companies to understand their job requirements, workforce planning, and hiring needs.
Prepare job descriptions and specifications in line with client expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
2. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Recruitment Process Management
Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing to onboarding).
