• Content and strategy leadership for one of India’s leading channels. Leading a team of about 50 people including fiction and non fiction content heads, creative directors, on air promotions, producers and development heads. During my tenure, ZEE TV stayed at no. 2 for a large part with very successful shows like Jodha Akbar, Kumkum Bhagya, Jamai Raja, DID Little Masters, SaReGaMaPa Little Champs, DID Supermoms. I worked closely with research and marketing teams to take responsibility for overall strategy, promotions, new show launches and also developed other hits for the channel like Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani and Tashan-e-ishq.

• The job included project and content development, costing, creative, execution and P&L management for shows as well as the business.
• In this time I also provided creative and management leadership for IIFA Awards, Wizcrafts leading global IP in the live entertainment business.

• Served as executive producer on Neal N Nikki produced by Yashraj Films, directed by Arjun Sablok, starring Uday Chopra and Tanisha Mukherjee. The film was shot almost entirely in Vancouver, BC in Canada and my job included project management - setting up and hiring complete team, budgeting, recce, shoot, post production and promotions and delivering the final copy. I worked closely with Aditya Chopra (CEO & MD Yashraj Films) and the director Arjun Sablok on the project.
