• Worked in the RTL Compiler group. RTLC is a C++ based compiler front-end for multiple Mentor products including the emulator product Veloce, the synthesis tool Precision, the formal verification tool Formalpro and Test Bench Xpress.
• Projects I have done include reducing the memory footprint of the tool by 15-20%, porting the tool to 64 bit platform and a variety of QoR optimizations (timing and area improvements). I was also responsible for initial design and implementation of a distribution framework for multiple speculative runs exploiting experimental features for improved results or runtime.
