I never planned to be a founder. It all started with a personal problem . I lost 20 kgs, my family lost 140 kgs together, and oats became a big part of that journey. Over the years, I’ve eaten more than 2,100 bowls of oatmeal myself. What started as a habit slowly turned into an idea… and then into a brand. That’s how GOAT Life was born. I grew up in Kota, a small city where exposure was limited, but curiosity was high. In college, I worked with multiple food startups, which gave me my first taste of what building something from scratch really looks like. I failed at my first company Wisegg at 21, but the lessons stuck and they shape how I work today. At GOAT Life, the mission is simple: reduce the friction for anyone who wants to eat better. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, bland, or complicated. Our first product is India’s first drinkable oatmeal 30 seconds to prep, 24g protein, high fiber, no refined sugar. Just add milk, shake, and go. In the last 1.5 years, we’ve sold 1 lakh+ packs, hosted 85+ offline events, and recently raised a round backed by some of the best people in the ecosystem folks like Deep Bajaj (Sirona), Dhruv Kohli (Boba Bhai), Abhishek Shah (D2C Insider), and others who believed in us early.
