This combination inspired me, but I knew I didn't want to jump into entrepreneurship without understanding what it takes. I spent years working with startups and multinational companies, from HR outsourcing in the US to managing market expansions in the Middle East. Each role taught me something crucial - how to solve problems, build networks, and identify gaps. But the real turning point came when my brother and I started noticing how much India's logistics system struggled to keep up with its demands.We saw the inefficiencies, the delays, and the missed opportunities and thought, "Why not fix this ourselves?" That's how SHIPZIP was born, a company built on the belief that Indian businesses deserve better logistics, no matter where they're located.
