• Oppo Manufacturing Indonesia is one of the leading production facilities of Oppo, a global technology company well known for its smartphones and consumer electronics. The factory operates with advanced manufacturing systems, strict quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high efficiency and product reliability. It provides a dynamic environment where engineering innovation directly supports large scale production. During my internship period, I worked on several key projects and responsibilities, including:
• Developed and implemented a Preventive Maintenance Robot to monitor dust, temperature, and humidity levels inside the screen guard machine on the production line, reducing the “Not Good Rate” by 40% and improving overall smartphone quality. Integrated the system with Grafana dashboards for real time monitoring to assist line production engineers.
• Designed and built a Collaborative Robot (COBOT) for pick and place tasks of smartphone units. Contributed from concept and 3D design to mechanical assembly, utilizing aluminium extrusions, pneumatic systems, and 3D printed components.
• Contributed to the Auto Clamping Robot Gen 3, designing and fabricating sensors using 3D printing to enhance automation in assembly processes.
• Collaborated with mentors, managers, and technicians to translate production requirements into practical engineering solutions under real factory constraints.
• Gained hands on experience in robotics system design, PLC programming, IoT integration, teamwork, and problem solving in a professional manufacturing environment.
• Engaged in professional development activities through seminars, training sessions, team events, and weekly reporting, contributing to continuous improvement for interns.

• Chickin Indonesia is a modern agritech startup that provides end-to-end digital solutions for poultry farming, from farm management to supply chain optimization. The company aims to digitize the poultry industry through data-driven platforms that support farmers, partners, and stakeholders in increasing productivity and sustainability. During the internship, my responsibilities included:
• Working out on the development of “Chibot”, acronym of Chickin Chatbot. A smart chatbot system built using n8n, LangChain, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to streamline knowledge access and assist with real-time decision-making.
• Conducted in depth research on Generative AI tools such as Google Vertex AI, LangChain, Flowise, and n8n, evaluating their integration potential for scalable chatbot and automation systems.
• Designed and implemented modular n8n workflows to support various use cases, including knowledge base management, IoT device control, farm operations monitoring, and early poultry disease detection.
• Developed an internal dashboard platform called “Ayam & Tepung Sales Tracker” using Firebase Studio and Google Firestore, enabling real-time sales tracking for internal product monitoring.
• Collaborated cross functionally with tech and product teams to align system behavior with business needs, while contributing to documentation and test validation of prototypes.
