Currently I am leading product for CREW, where we are trying to take a big swing in building the future of unparalleled convenience. Prior to this, I led B2C product team at Swiggy Instamart, where I was incredibly lucky to be a part of an exciting journey - from launching Instamart as a founding PM to scaling it (and watching the quick commerce space in India explode exponentially alongside).My career path has been anything but linear or easy, and that's just the way I like it. From working as a full stack developer at Schneider Electric (where I worked as a developer on both backend and frontend products) to trying my hands at every possible role as one of the founding members of Porter, and now at Swiggy, I’ve always thrived on challenges that push me to think differently and grow alongside my teams.At Instamart, I've been fortunate to now lead a team of talented PMs and working with cross functional teams to continue building something meaningful for our customers. Together, we've taken on the challenge of going from 0-1, 1-10, and 10-100 - each stage bringing its own set of learnings, victories and challenges. I’m also a firm believer in the power of curiosity and constant evolution and learning. My goal always has been to make myself redundant by empowering my team to take the reins, and in the process, continue evolving as a professional.Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends, food and books. I’m constantly curious about things in general and always eager to connect with like-minded folks who are passionate about creating products that matter.
