About

I am a product leader building digital experiences for a global audience. If you have ever bought something on eBay or Wish, or switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy, it is likely you have interacted with some of the products I crafted. I have over 13 years of experience in product strategy and execution launching and scaling consumer facing mobile and web products used by millions of people across the world. My expertise span building 0 to 1 MVPs, hypotheses testing using rapid experimentation and optimising mature products through in depth data analysis and user experience research. I've led product and operations teams sized 2 to 15+ people spanning multiple geographies. Experience Summary Principal PM @ Viator driving better sort & recommendations, discovery & search for travellers @ Viator, an online marketplace for travel experiences with $840M in revenue and over $4B+ in gross bookings in 2024 Before Viator, spent 5 years @ Wish at various roles ranging from product, payments, customer support and localisation and internationalisation strategy as the company grew from $500M in revenue to $2B and from 200 to 1000 employees and went public. Joined as the 2nd PM, and hired and scaled the PM team. Recipient of Impact Award given by CEO for outstanding business impact. Prior to Wish, spent around 3 years with the Payments & Transactions team @ eBay enhancing the lower funnel experience (Cart & Checkout) across eBay’s apps and websites that are used by more than 165 million users worldwide and generate more than $80 billion in transaction volume annually.
