• PROJECT: Meta Data Framework (MDF 2.O - Microservice-based architecture) / SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• MDF is a core product of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. As a part of MDF 2.O, We transformed the legacy MDF platform into a cloud-enabled platform.
• This involves breaking existing monolith applications into micro-services architecture with the goal of deploying them into a public cloud. Every re-design requires collaboration with almost 50 application teams and extensive regression testing to make sure there are no compatibility changes for the customer.
• Initiated, implemented, and led Platform Database Health Check feature, which auto-fixes any potential schema issues and reports if it needs human intervention. This validates all the tables, constraints, and sequences.
• Designed and Implemented a new-gen search service called ValueHelpService. It is a pluggable service that enables customers to customize their search service and it decoupled the dependency across modules.
• Designed and lead the Modularization team where we started our journey toward Microservices and public cloud. As our product was a big monolith application, we broke all cross-module dependencies and converted them to miniliths and then to microservices.
• Core member of new-gen MDF team (MDF 2.O). It's a dedicated scrum team that focuses on converting existing successful MDF products to microservices architecture. The goal of the team is to modularize our existing product to microservices and deploy it in the public cloud with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud-based technologies.
• Designed a new Mentoring Plan and Mentored New joiners to ramp up and make them productive within a week than a month in the legacy approach.

• PROJECT: Meta Data Framework (MDF) / SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.
• MDF is a core product of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. MDF is a platform and SAP's internal application teams, such as Position Management, Time Off, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation, Mentoring, and so on, use MDF to build end-to-end applications for SuccessFactors HCM/HXM suite. MDF allows you to customize customer objects and related application logic as needed to meet customer needs.
• Designed and integrated Apache Solr engine to our search service which boosted search performance by 1000%.
• Designed, lead, and implemented next-gen Rule Engine framework which reduced customer tickets from ~20 to ~1 per release.
• Architected and Developed Platform Integrity Check feature, which auto-fixes any potential configuration issues and reports if it needs human intervention. This feature helped to reduce almost 95% of configuration issues and reduced customer intervention for any bug fixes.

• BPM is a platform which is the core element of Huawei Telco-SOA platform. BPM enables end-to-end business process automation and management across the enterprise, coordinating all aspects of processes—people, resources, and tools—into an efficient one. A business process is a set of linked activities performed by people and systems that deliver some business value to internal or external customers.
• Represents BPM India team for all HQ and customer site queries, discussions, and support.
• Owned core modules like Deployment service, History archival, Auto-Deletion, Cluster management, Query service, Human task engine and Serializing process definition.
• Lead customer site maintainability utilities like Archival Tool, Data Clear Tool, Data Import and Export Tools.
• Agile methodology practices, Design patterns, and Coding guidelines are applied along with static code analyzers to ensure code quality in every code check-in.
