About

Enjoy building things that actually solve everyday problems. The past year’s been a wild mix of trying out ideas, talking to real people, getting things wrong (a lot), and learning. Still in the game. Still figuring it out.

Co-Founder

Mar 2025Jun 2025 · 3 mos · Bengaluru, Karnataka, India · On-site

  • Built a service marketplace for founders to discover and match with agencies based on their specific needs.
  • Did ₹14L in revenue, but realised scaling was a challenge due to 1) Disintermediation, which significantly reduces the LTV, 2) Extremely low conversion rates due to referral-first market.
  • So, we decided to wrap it up. But if you're ever looking for good agencies, feel free to reach out. I’ve some contacts and would be happy to help :)

Associate Delivery Manager

Jun 2023May 2024 · 11 mos · Gurugram, Haryana, India · On-site

  • EMB is a services marketplace that helps businesses find agencies to build websites, apps, and more. I was part of the delivery team, where we handled everything from the initial brainstorming to final project delivery.
  • Over the year, I managed 60+ projects, mostly eCommerce websites. Started with smaller ones ($500-$1000), and eventually handled larger, more complex projects for clients in both India and the US.
  • Contributed ~$20,000 in additional revenue through upselling and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Also got a chance to step in and handle BTL projects for Dabur and Outlook India's requirements.
  • Coming from a non-tech background, it was a steep learning curve, but it taught me how to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, be okay with not knowing everything, and figure things out without giving up.
