About

I am a passionate explorer fueled by curiosity and a drive to embrace new challenges. Whether pursuing interests solo, collaborating with like-minded individuals, or gaining hands-on experience through internships, I thrive on diving deeply into what excites me. Each new season sparks fresh passions, and I feel most alive when fully immersed in the journey. From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for aircraft and the Indian defense forces. So, when the National Defence Academy opened its doors to women for the first time, I seized the opportunity to be one of the 19 pioneering girls. Although deciding to leave after a term was bittersweet - saying goodbye to lifelong friends - I walked away with the confidence to face the toughest physical and mental challenges and the thrill of figuring out what’s next for me! Since then, my journey has been an incredible whirlwind of diverse experiences. I joined the National University of Singapore to explore the field of Artificial Intelligence, which became the foundation for much of what followed. I deepened this interest through both research-driven work and practical applications - contributing to AI-driven virtual cell research at ChemT Biotechnology, conducting machine learning research at IIT Gandhinagar, and building a clinic management software system for a charity health screening project in Cambodia. Alongside this, I explored product roles within tech environments, collaborating with the Google Developer Student Club as a Product Associate and leading product initiatives at an AI startup, where I learned to translate technical ideas into usable, real-world solutions. I also sought broader industry and global exposure, travelling to Hong Kong to explore quantitative finance through a learning program at one of the world’s top trading firms, before spending a month in Japan learning from leading tech startups. Beyond my core technical path, I’ve applied my skills in meaningful, real-world contexts. This led me to conduct cultural research on classical Khmer dance in Cambodia and to co-found BAMBOOBON in Thailand to support local farmers. Now, I’m embracing whatever comes next - and if you’ve got a bold idea and are looking for someone equally fearless to bring it to life, let’s connect! I’m always ready to pour my heart and soul into the next big adventure.

  • Project Battambang is a student-led charity health screening initiative by NUS Medicine in Cambodia, and I had the privilege of contributing to this meaningful cause. My partner and I developed a clinic management system to digitize and streamline the project's data recording and maintenance, significantly improving the efficiency of a process that had relied on pen and paper for over a decade. The application was carefully tailored in collaboration with project members, incorporating their specific needs and requests. It underwent multiple development cycles, with new features added at each stage, and was rigorously tested both for software quality and user experience. Detailed documentation was maintained throughout the entire development process.

  • I had the privilege of being mentored by the brilliant Dr. Pallavi Bharadwaj and Ph.D. scholar Shiv Shankar Sinha. Their guidance has been invaluable in deepening my understanding of research in the dynamic field of electric vehicle battery management systems and machine learning-based health estimation of lithium-ion batteries. While the journey was challenging at times, it was equally rewarding and endlessly fascinating.
