As a Senior Engineering Manager at Adobe with 14+ years of experience, I lead teams in building AI-powered globalization platforms and multilingual content solutions. My passion is merging AI/ML, language technology, and platform engineering to deliver products that reach users in 40+ languages worldwide. At Adobe, I am a part of the Globalization group, overseeing a talented team of engineers to transform how we localize content and deliver globalized product experience at scale.Over the past few years, I’ve spearheaded major initiatives that leverage machine learning and microservices to modernize Adobe’s translation infrastructure. I led the development of in-house translation memory solutions that powered the integration of generative AI–powered translation and transcreation for Adobe.com, in 2025. This effort among others helped in achieving greater multilingual coverage of Adobe.com content for all supported locales, significantly improving content agility and customer experience across regions. I am also championing the theme of “Globalize-as-You-Code” by taking our platform services and tools directly into development workflows, enabling engineers across Adobe to build internationalized products more efficiently. As part of my current responsibilities of upgrading globalization's libraries, I’m advancing Small Language Models (SLMs) as a strategic pillar for delivering intelligent, multilingual experiences at the edge. I pride myself on being a technical leader who bridges cutting-edge AI technology with practical business needs. In pursuit of the same, I have presented at Adobe’s internal tech summits and patenting innovations. I continuously sharpen my skills through ongoing learning (including recent certifications in Quantum Computing & Machine Learning, Product Strategy) and encourage the same growth mindset in my team. Above all, I thrive on guiding engineering teams to deliver impactful, AI-driven solutions that connect people across languages and cultures.
