• 2. Improved the job recommendations of the Firstline member segment based on different signals like titles, pay, benefits, etc. Also incorporated the apply experience of members on jobs as an additional signal in job recommendation and job search models
• 3. Developed a query expansion framework in recruiter search to improve liquidity in the searches for Firstline members
