• JusBiz is a B2B payout product utilizing virtual cards to enhance corporate credit card usage, featuring a comprehensive dashboard and API suite. I owned the complete product. I Initiated JusBiz, conducted industry research, designed architecture, and tailored the platform for diverse business needs, including multi-bank access & flexible roles architecture. Developed control frameworks & expense labeling systems, unifying card redemption flow for varied business contexts.
• This opened a new product line for Juspay. We successfully onboarded 15+ clients in 8 months, processing 100 Cr per month, while establishing strong liaisons with banks, networks, and clients.
• For Payment Page, the Merchant’s Collections Product -
• Payment Page is a Merchant specific collections page used by 100+ clients. I led some key enhancements in order to get more flows and better success rates.
• I learned the product architecture, created a roadmap. Worked with developers on solutioning & with designers and relevant stakeholders to deliver the features. Monitored the release, performance analytics and adoption.
• I revamped the EMI journey's BE, UI/UX, and information flow, implemented a retry journey on payment failure, developed a tokenized Visa Safe Click journey, conducted wallet/BNPL flow refactoring, and collaborated for seamless integration of new payment modes for eg M2P and Tata Paylater. The retry feature resulted in a minimum 2% increase in success rates for payment page users using preferred payment modes as well as improved entry points, discovery, and transparency for informed decision-making in EMI flows. New Wallet/Pay laters could be integrated with zero code change on payment page.
