• Worked on multiple CMOS Image Sensors.
• JN1 50MP : Worked on Bad Pixel Correction modules. Implemented Median filter based BPR algorithm in Verilog RTL and Direction Detection logic using Stratus HLS. Extended my support to close issues falling outside my project responsibilities.
• GW3 (64 MP RISCV core based Image Sensor): Worked on ISP data path and different Image correction and image enhancement blocks. Owned almost the whole ISP (excluding AF path and Bad Pixel Correction Blocks). https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/isocell/mobile-image-sensors/isocell-gw3/
• HMX (World's First 108MP Sensor): Worked on different blocks of ISPFE and ISPTOP. Inserted MBIST at Sensor SoC level using Tessent BIST. https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/isocell/mobile-image-sensors/isocell-bright-hmx/
• 3T2 (Smallest 20MP Camera Sensor): Handled different Data Test Pattern generators in the ISP chain. Worked on interrupt controller block that collects and send the final interrupt vector to Sensor's CPU core. Handled the whole CPU subsystem of the Camera SoC. Ran CDC at SoC level using Real Intent's CDC tool.
