• Led engineering efforts to develop next-generation personalization & recommendations platform for enhanced experience sites and content, focusing on data collection and utilization to deliver tailored user experiences.
• Led teams in building Expression-Based Visibility, enabling admins to configure dynamic rules for components, controlling component visibility based on records, user information & profile, search results, products and other data sources.
• Led teams in the design & development of Expression-Based Variations, allowing admins to define rules for component variations and dynamically display different versions based on various contextual factors such records, user information & profile, search results, products and other data sources.
• Led teams in the design and development of the Personalized Recommendations Platform, empowering admins to configure tailored recommendations for products, records, and other sources on sites. This feature, developed in collaboration with Data Cloud and PSP, delivers personalized suggestions based on users' past interactions and engagement history.
• Led teams in the design & development of the Dynamic Content Personalization Platform, enabling marketing managers to create and distribute personalized content including emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages and landing pages, across multiple channels.
• Developed a Proof of Concept for One Runtime, an aspirational feature aimed at providing a unified runtime across Salesforce’s channels and apps, particularly leveraging Lightning Experience and LWR.

• Designed personalization APIs this allows us to be API first and let admins created audiences and assign targets to them via APIs.
• Implemented new UX for Audience editors, allowing search among all the audiences in a site.

• Led a team of engineers to roll out Google Analytics 4 integration with enhanced experience LWR sites, this was done in collaboration with Analytics contractors which I personally managed. This also involved discussion with Product Owners from companies such as Amplitude, Google etc.
