Gaurav Parida — Product Manager

I build AI products that expand access across industries spanning healthcare, education and agriculture. I bring a founder's sense of ownership, a technical foundation from IIIT Hyderabad and Meta and five years of shipping real products with measurable outcomes. My goal after ISB is to lead product at an AI-first company that is building for the next billion users, not just the first one million.---Started as an engineer writing code, now building AI products that scale from healthcare platforms to research tools used by universities worldwide.I began as a software engineering intern at Facebook, writing code to fight spam on the platform, which taught me how systems break at scale. But I kept coming back to a bigger question: how do you create impact that reaches millions? That question led me down a unique path. I spent time preparing for the UPSC civil services and reached the final interview stage, diving deep into myriad topics. While that journey shaped how I think about systemic problems, I realized technology could be my lever for change.When I discovered product management, everything clicked. I joined Clinikk as their founding PM with a clear mission: make healthcare equitable and accessible. We navigated everything from insurance integrations to fundraising, learning what it takes to build a healthtech platform from scratch. At nference, I worked with clinical researchers running AI models across millions of patient records, bridging the gap between machine learning and practical healthcare workflows. Most recently at JoVE, I shipped semantic search features that fundamentally improved how researchers find content. Now as an MBA student at ISB, I'm working on an AgriStack DPI project while learning from classmates who challenge my assumptions.I'm drawn to products where AI can democratize access, whether that's healthcare, education or agricultural technology. Outside of work, I'm an endurance sports enthusiast who's run several half marathons, and I constantly tinker with 3D printing projects.
