• Maintain and support 100+ Servers running on Windows 2003 & 2008 server and ESX 4.0 & 4.1Server 2003, & 2008,
• Remote support tools like DAM Ware,TightVNC,Putty,
• Managing VMware, ESX Server (Version 4.0).
• Managing VMware vCentre 4.1 Server,
• Managing Windows backup & Restore,
• Managing EMC and Iomega Storage SAN, & NAS,
• Databases Knowledge of SQL 2005 and 2008, and Oracle 9i, 10g and 11g,MySQL,
• Managing AD integrated Microsoft Lync 2010 Servers,
• Managing Symantec PGP for Encryption and data protection,
• Managing Fortinet Firewall
• Communicate with remote clients to troubleshoot and resolve the client application issues at our end? Via phone call or email.
• Strictly follow pre-define escalation hierarchy and report issues to Top Management, Client and Team in define Timeframe.
• Managing windows 2003, 2008 DC with AD, Group policies, DNS, Sites services.
• Managing Win2003, 2008 Domain Controller (create and modify users and assign permission or access rights)
• Configure and Manage Win 2003, 2008 File Server with Disk Quota and (apply restriction according to operational requirements),
• Configure WSUS Server for patching up Servers and workstations in the network.
• Good experiences in creating images of workstations and troubleshoot windows 2000/XP Workstations and, install and troubleshoot associate application such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, LAN sweeper.
