• As an Engineering Leader at Amazon, I lead the data, business, and app performance strategy for Alexa AI, managing cross-functional teams of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software developers. I drive the development of petabyte-scale data intelligence products, machine learning infrastructure, and real-time experimentation platforms that enable data-driven decision-making and personalization for Alexa+ customers. I am responsible for operational excellence, privacy, security, and system reliability, while fostering strong cross-team collaboration across the Alexa AI organization. I also serve as a bar raiser for A/B experimentation, establishing org-wide strategy and scaling experimentation capabilities across Alexa AI teams.
• Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer (2017–2020), I designed and developed scalable microservices, distributed systems, and the Alexa Mobile Analytics Platform, which processed billions of daily events to deliver real-time business intelligence, personalization, and performance insights across Alexa ecosystems, impacting millions of customers. I played a key role in solving complex system design and scalability challenges, building high-volume, low-latency data pipelines, and establishing performance monitoring and analytics foundations.
