• Worked on Land Use change detection algorithms, using climatic data, and finding out fire prone area. The dataset used represented green-ness index of a pixel on earth. Developed techniques to detect forest fires and "Burned" area. The final result led to imrovement over existing state of the art technique by combining them with yearly-delta algorithm for change detection. The final result led to improvement in both accuracy and performance.
