• Conceptualised, Architected and Designed the no-code/low-code platform with iPaaS, Workflows & App Builder components. Using the App Builder, web applications can be built and it supports Basic/SSO authentication.
• Built and drive the teams to enhance and prepare the platform for enterprise-level readiness, which included the Development, DevOps, UX/UI, QA, and Customer Success teams.
• Upgraded the infrastructure for high scalability and high availability by utilizing AWS services such as EKS, Elastic Cache, MSK, and S3. Multi-tenancy was achieved through DB sharding for the shared SaaS model. On-premise and fully isolated tenant deployment models are supported.
• To comply with enterprise security standards, implemented AWS KMS, data masking techniques, and a fully automated CI/CD pipeline. The pipeline includes multiple checkpoints at each stage of the delivery to ensure Source code Linting, Unit testing, Sonarqube Analysis, Dependabot analysis, Snyk scan, and OWASP scan are performed.
• Ensured the platform to pass SOC2, GDPR, PCI compliance scans to comply with enterprise security standards.
• Setup a talent acquisition pipeline to quickly scale up the teams based on new clients and customer requirements. Also, established learning and development (L&D) initiatives to assess team productivity/quality and identify skill gaps, and audited teams quarterly to ensure adherence to standards.
• Set up development/delivery processes for faster delivery without compromising quality and conducted monthly audits with managers and team leaders to ensure adherence to the processes and maintain high quality of work.

• Built a no-code/low-code platform from scratch, starting from conceptualization, visualization, architecture, design, and development of a prototype.
• The platform consists of an iPaaS orchestrator and a workflow orchestrator. The orchestrator was primarily built on AWS Cloud and later supported on Azure cloud.
• Extended it to support OEM integration for iPaaS and added an iPaaS orchestrator. The platform includes features such as RBAC, multi-tenant support, and SSO.
• It was architected with enterprise readiness in mind and includes features such as SaaS, auto-scaling infrastructure and multi-tenancy.

• Played a key role in converting the entire promotions framework from the legacy PL/SQL framework to a WEB 2.0 architecture.
