Being flexible and taking ownership is the key to this role.
• Additionally an overnight rota is in place and it’s expected to provide on-call overnight support approximately one week each month.

• To work in an agile environment to realize the AST 'Vision' project.
• AST is a middleware ESB application used for mapping, filtering, creating settlement accounting messages and routing it to the appropriate target account administration.
• This AST 'Vision' project is meant to simplify the functional and technical complexities of AST. The purpose is to position AST as a generic settlement accounting generator. The migration concept will standardize the input and output message format, move transformations from AST to the specific source and target system adapters, get rid of underlying third party technologies, and induce easy adding of new source/ target systems. Financially it saves overhead and around 15k yearly up-gradation costs.
• Also responsible (development and system integration testings) for the routine business requirement changes in the AST and Calypso GNA applications. GNA is the nostro administration component.

• Developing an automated system migration product which can offer organizations a smooth transition from the traditional IT architectures to open source – Linux/Postgres/Cloud. The key contribution is a Business Rules Engines: a platform of centralized business logic definitions in cloud architecture - at database, middleware and GUI levels. Hence it enables the organizations to make optimal use of their cloud settings, preventing unnecessary load of traffic, ensuring consistent availability. The focus is Web-enablement combined with 'Grip on Data'.
