• Machine learning software development engineer responsible for leading the team of engineers for development of frameworks to implement and validate neural network accelerators. Focused on implementation of new layers/networks and bug fixing of Snapdragon Neural Processing Engine(SNPE) code for efficient(power/accuracy/performance) execution of deep learning models on Qualcomm AI processors.

• Accomplishments:
• Development of 3 carrier LAA feature for MWC-2017 Demo.

• My responsibilities in Smallcells team includes:
• 1) Worked on the boot software development for FSM chipsets. Understood about ARM Trustzone architecture, leveraging its security features for various SoC components and enabling/disabling access restrictions for them.
• 2) Porting of host-based firmware testbed from Linux host to Krait processor to make a cost-effective solution.
• 3) Worked on pre-5G features like Carrier Aggregation, Licensed Assisted Access (LAA/LTE-U) and Machine Type Communications(eMTC) which includes the development of the working prototype of eMTC cellular IoT for low bandwidth devices.
• 4) Software design of the new features/customer requirements and review of test plans prepared by functional and integration test teams.
• 5) Mentoring, quality code reviewing and making performance optimizations.
• 6) Design, implementation and integration of SRVCC (Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) feature from LTE to GSM RAT including the customer specific enhancements.
• 7) Development of the GSM Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) feature for maintaining the database of neighbor cells, to help mobile station hand-offs.
• 8) Enhancements and fixing issues related to CS voice call fallback, Redirection and handovers.
• 9) Bug fixing in features like CSG (Closed Subscriber Group), MOCN (Multiple Operator Core Networks), PCI management and HeNB Gateway deployments etc.
