• I joined as a Senior Product Designer to help scale the team in preparation for Bumble’s IPO and support key initiatives for the core product. Key highlights:
• · Worked on redesigning the experience of editing profiles to help increase the percentage of matches per user.
• · Worked on the design and implementation of the interest badge feature to help users with similar interest connect more easily. The introduction of interest badges paved the way for improving the suggestions engine to ensure users could find matches with similar traits and interests.
• · Supported the growth of the design team by assisting with hiring initiatives and helping shape the role of Product Designers within the product team.

• At Monzo I worked as a Product Designer across multiple cross-functional teams focused on growth and B2B initiatives. Key highlights:
• · Worked on the first iteration and launch of the Monzo Business product across mobile apps and web, paving the way for one of Monzo’s key product areas since its launch in 2020.
• · Worked on iterating and refining the new user experience, improving the Monzo onboarding flow for personal users to reduce customer contact and ensure new users had the right information to set up their accounts.
• · Supported multiple Monzo web initiatives, from designing the first version of Monzo Business for the web to creating a component system for our marketing CMS, helping us scale our marketing offering.

• I joined the Product team to improve our Search experiences and to help with the integration of the Nectar loyalty offering across multiple touch points: Key highlights:
• Led the work to integrate Nectar loyalty points across the end-to-end Argos online experience, resulting in an uplift in Christmas 2018 Sales and allowing users to spend points for online purchases.
• Defined our initial approach to contextual Search experiences, helping the team build an understanding of the role customer jobs have to play when offering contextual results to users. This work led to the creation of a cross-company collaboration between Argos and Sainsbury’s to offer products with a unified experience.

• I joined Azimo in March 2016 and was involved in a number of projects to improve the user experience as we prepared our product for Series C funding round. Key highlights:
• Led the redesign of the web app experience for desktop and mobile, this included establishing a design system from the ground up to help us increase the speed of development of features.
• Designed a new in-app Support Center and Live Chat integration with Zendesk in order to reduce customer contact and improve customer satisfaction. This new support center helped us get a better understanding of common user problems and resulted in a reduction in total contact volumes of >10%.

• I joined the UX & UI Design Team in January 2015 and was involved in a number of design projects to help drive forward the company’s digital transformation:
• Led the design of Travelex Wire, an account-based web app to allow users to manage and send international payments; this included building the foundations of a design system from the ground up and designing core flows to help us build a strong proposition for launch.
• Worked on the continous iteration of two of Travelex core products: The Travelex Money app and Supercard; this included setting up a cross-product pattern library to help us increase speed of delivery and bring consistency to the experience.

• Following on from Punto Dip Mairena, I co-founded another studio under the new Pixxo brand, a graphic design, printing and communication studio based in Seville, Spain.
