• Car document revamp: Decreased Contact Ratio down to 52.4% from 66.6%
• Dealer x PA transparency: Improved NPS to -41.31% from -37.14% pan India
• Revamping car discovery flows in live auction: Increased impressions per visit within the same spend time
• For my IC role, I majorly worked on improving the experience of the Channel Partner app. I led new projects:
• Created a video conferencing flow within the app where CARS24 agents and car dealers could verify Inspection Miss over a video call and immediately release refund
• A new Documentation flow that increased transparency through new statuses and TAT updates visible to the car dealers
