About

I am an ex management consultant with deep expertise in strategy, sales & marketing, lean operations, large-scale transformations, and capability-building programmes. My prior industry experience spans new-business build, FMCG operations and project management. Since 2015, I have been working on redefining global hospitality at PRISM (parent of OYO). In my current role as Global COO and CEO Europe, I am responsible for the business across USA (including G6 Hospitality), UK, Europe (DanCenter, Belvilla, Direct Booker, Check My Guest, Studio Prestige), and Australia (Made Comfy). I also lead PRISMs inorganic growth agenda, and oversee the GPMO team In my previous role as CEO of OVH, SEAME, LATAM & China, I owned P&L for PRISMs Homes business across Europe, and PRISMs Hotels business across Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam), Latin America (Mexico, Brazil), and China. Prior to that in my role as Global CBO, I led M&A and investor relations for PRISM, started the Global Projects Management Office (GPMO) that to-date drives all cross-functional and cross-geo initiatives, and setup the Business Performance Management (BPM) team that oversees all operating costs and FP&A In the early years of the company I built PRISMs mid-market hotels business from scratch — including portfolios such as Townhouse, Flagship, Collection O and SilverKey. I also setup multiple capability stacks at PRISM including operations, design & transformation, R&M (repairs & maintenance) and L&D (learning & development). I bring a passion for building customer-first, globally scalable and tech-enabled businesses, and for developing high-performance global teams that adapt fast, execute smart and stay aligned with local realities.
