My professional journey spans humanitarian, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, grounded in early experience in the Swiss banking sector and public administration and shaped by long-term engagement with the 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 and the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 (𝗜𝗖𝗥𝗖). These experiences shaped my understanding of international realities, institutional dynamics and complex operational environments. Building on this foundation, I assumed senior philanthropy advisory mandates with 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀, contributing to strategic advisory processes and institutional engagement for foundations and mission-driven organisations. I subsequently moved into executive leadership, most recently at 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗪𝗦, where I led a multidisciplinary team of over 40 professionals and held responsibility for organisational management, budget oversight and talent development. This included translating global strategy into national priorities, driving innovative programme expansion and fundraising development and fostering a collaborative, accountable organisational culture in close coordination with international headquarters and governance bodies. Today, I work as Senior Philanthropy Advisor at 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟭, advising on institutional and philanthropic engagement and collaborating at senior level with organisational leadership, programme teams and partners to align strategy, resources and programmes and enable sustainable, locally rooted initiatives across global ecosystems. In parallel, I hold a board mandate with the 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, contributing to governance and strategic oversight in support of peacebuilding and collaboration. Combining strategy and empathy, I work to connect people, ideas and resources to deliver long-term, accountable impact.
