About

I lead Data, Analytics and AI teams with a people-first approach, delivering business-aligned transformation. Over more than two decades, I've built and led enterprise-scale functions of up to 100 professionals within Banking, Financial Services and Telecommunications. My focus is building cultures that are highly engaged and recognised as best in class, where teams go beyond ticket-focused delivery to drive strategic impact. I partner with leaders to make data and analytics a core part of decision-making. By combining technical expertise with commercial insight, I help teams deliver measurable outcomes while keeping people at the centre of every initiative. Sharing knowledge is part of how I lead. As a LinkedIn Top Voice, I aim to inspire others to think differently about data, teams and transformation. Outside work, I enjoy experimenting with Thai cooking because balance and attention to detail matter in both food and leadership. Current focus: I'm completing the final phase of my career break and selectively engaging in Senior Executive Leader and advisory opportunities where Data, Analytics and AI are central to growth, innovation and value creation within people-centred organisations.
