I’m the Business Development Manager at the Swiss School of Management Cairo, with over 10 years of experience in the education and business development fields. My journey in business development started back in 2012, when I was given the opportunity to work as Head of Department at a company providing academic services to international schools and universities. That experience sparked my passion for growth, partnerships, and innovation. Later, I joined a UK-based educational institution, where I spent six years contributing to its expansion and development. During that time, I founded two departments – the Corporate Department and the Study Abroad Department – and promoted several professional diplomas in Leadership, Educational Psychology, Human Resources, and Business. Before joining SSM, I worked as a Research and Business Development Manager at a professional development company, focusing on corporate growth and collaboration. At the Swiss School of Management, I have led strategic partnerships with organizations such as the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and Techne Summit, among others, and collaborated with several companies to design and deliver corporate training programs that drive performance and profitability. I’m currently pursuing the MBA degree in Global Management and Leadership and Marketing, along with a Coaching Diploma to enhance my ability to support professionals in their growth journeys. I’ve also earned diplomas in Marketing, Sales, and Training of Trainers (TOT). Beyond my role, I enjoy coaching professionals, training university students to prepare them for the job market, and hosting events including serving as MC for a ceremony honoring a Ministry of Interior figure for achieving international sports recognition.
