• I started ground up with the founder as a Chief Product Officer. My contributions involved setting up the entire end-to-end pipeline (across frameworks: Django and Node.js) for the product by building the right team of Software Engineers and getting things done from my team in a brutally less target time.
• During my time at Acadza, I have done everything from product management, Asana task management, Agile Development, coding scripts in Python, making wireframes, strategizing, building UIs, user surveys, hiring, typing letters to even making cold calls for rival research and third party software. I was the core member in the thinktank.
• For me, the way I see it, this experience was the closest encounter that I have had with Entrepreneurship. I am also glad that I could hire 19 students (as interns/full time) from my alma mater - IITBHU during my time at Acadza. I intend to build on it and eventually start something of my own.
