• I was a founding member of Citibank in Bulgarian - we set up and opened the bank for clients within 6 months. We achieved profitability within 7 months of operations. GTS became the second largest revenue generator (after Markets) in Citi Bulgaria through development of new products and attracted 80% of the total bank customer base. I was member of the Management Board leading a team of relationship managers and product developers.

• I relocated to Bucharest, Romania in 1999 as a COO. During my tenure I lead the team to design and implement strategic restructuring, process and organizational improvements.
