It is about what happens when the internet brings people together in real life. For too long, social platforms have been designed to keep people on their phones. Endless scrolling, swiping and content. But the most meaningful moments in life happen away from the screen. In rooms full of people, around tables, at events, on trips and through shared experiences in physical space. That belief is what led me to co-found Thursday. Thursday is building the platform powering the IRL creator economy. A world where hosts, community builders and experience creators can bring people together in real life and build businesses doing it. Just as the last decade created digital creators, the next decade will create IRL creators. People who create events, communities, experiences and moments that people remember.
