I’ve spent years navigating the dynamic world of technology, starting as a DBA where I learned the ins and outs of managing systems that drive enterprise revenue. My journey has taken me through various roles at Microsoft, where I’ve had the chance to lead projects that not only streamline processes but also enhance user experiences across Azure. I genuinely love what I do—there’s something incredibly rewarding about building products that make life easier for others. One of my proudest moments was launching the partner center co-sell AI assistant. This initiative not only boosted partner engagement but also contributed significantly to our overall sales strategy. In my role as a Senior Product Manager, I've driven strategic initiatives across Marketplace and Co-sell that have led to measurable improvements in partner success—like rolling out the Certified Software Designation program which helped elevate our partners' visibility. Before stepping into product management full-time, I honed my technical skills in service operations and software engineering. At one point, I managed critical incidents across over 50,000+ servers while working for Wipro. This experience gave me insight into the challenges users face daily—an understanding that deeply informs my approach to product development today.
