I have co-founded NOCT, a design agency that builds digital products and brands from the ground up, where I lead a team of talented designers who work out of our #studiointhehills of Panchgani. NOCT aka Network of Creative Thinkers is the brainchild of two creatively curious designers, Neha and Rudransh, who founded a design agency in the heart of Mumbai. What they dreamed of though, was to be able to work on anything from anywhere with anyone.
Summoned by the call of the wild, they moved to the quaint hills of Panchgani. Today, NOCT is an agency in the cloud - a virtual workplace - a studio in the hills - a network of creative thinkers - a quest so much bigger than the two dots that started it all.

Tribling (pronounced 'try-bling' or 'tribe-ling') is an exclusive range of metal jewellery by Devrai Art Village, in collaboration with Neha Shrestha. The NGO provides tribal craftsmen the opportunity to make a livelihood out of their traditional craft, with modern design principles, in the beautiful hills of Panchgani, Maharashtra.
With a distinctly raw appeal, Tribling draws inspiration from tribal art and nature. Each piece is handcrafted with love in the hills of Panchgani.
Besides the original Dhokra process used since Indus Valley times, we have adapted and created some new ones in collections like the Organic Casting Collection (creating brass jewellery from real natural bark, stem, etc) and the Molten Metal Collection (creating jewellery from abstract molten metal forms).
