With over 2 decades of work experience, I am a passionate and versatile design professional and educator, with a mission to create meaningful and engaging experiences for diverse audiences and contexts. I have a master's degree from the National Institute of Design, and I have completed several online courses and certifications in design strategy, branding, organizational design, and online education. I currently work as the Vice President of Strategy Initiatives and the Dean of the Department of UX/UI at Chitkara Design School, Chitkara University, a leading institution for design education and research in India. In my dual role, I am responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategic vision, curriculum innovation, industry collaboration, international relation, and operational excellence for the design school. I also lead and mentor a team of faculty and staff, and oversee the academic and professional development of the students. I have successfully initiated and executed several projects and programs that have enhanced the quality and relevance of the design education, such as setting up a state-of-the-art Design labs, establishing partnerships with global and National universities and organizations, launching new courses and electives, and organizing design festival, workshops, events, and competitions. I have also leveraged my skills and expertise in design strategy, UX/UI, experience design, digital design, branding, and visual communication to create impactful solutions for various clients and stakeholders, both as an independent design professional and as part of Studio DotBox, a multidisciplinary design studio that I founded.
