An idea that was seeded in a casual conversation with friends flourished into a venture with unlimited growth possibilities. Smart Investment Group was started by five entrepreneurs who struck on realty as the new area for business investment in 2018. Our first venture was buying out a residential apartment building in 2018, and we have grown exponentially in the last few years and today own a over 1 Million sq. ft., of residential, commercial and retail investments and over 2000 acres of land bank investments.
My strength as an entrepreneur/investor always brings out the best of me in new ventures.
