Over the last 3 years at Accenture, I've been working in the backend of ServiceNow where the real logic lives. Business Rules that fire before a record even hits the database. Script Includes that get reused across the entire platform. Record Producers with variable sets so dynamic they feel like a real application. Flow Designer automations that replace entire manual processes overnight. My focus has been Service Catalog and HR Service Delivery two areas where bad implementation makes employees' lives miserable, and good implementation makes IT invisible in the best way. I work directly with stakeholders, not just tickets. I've built things from scratch and untangled other people's spaghetti code. I know the difference between what a client says they want and what they actually need. Right now I'm expanding into REST API integrations and ServiceNow's AI layer Now Assist and intelligent automation because the next version of this platform is going to need developers who understand both the logic underneath and the AI on top.
