Forth Bagley, AIA — CEO
Since joining KPF, I have led the design and management of some of the firm’s most impactful urban projects. My projects include the retail and master planning of Hudson Yards in New York, the continuous development of Hong Kong’s Landmark and Victoria Dockside districts, Google’s Downtown West neighborhood, a number of hotel and residential projects, and the massive new Changi Terminal 5 in Singapore. I’m most excited by the opportunity of assembling and leading large teams of architects and consultants to deliver city-defining projects. I am member of the ULI, New York’s Urban Design Forum and the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (CTBUH). I currently serve on the board of Open House New York. I co-edited Perspecta 38 through the Yale School of Architecture, where I am a frequent guest critic and have twice taught as the Eero Saarinen Visiting Professor. I also annually teach a course called “The Value of Design” as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University’s MS Real Estate Development program.
