About

Over the last 15 years, I worked across 5 countries in senior corporate roles and earned my MBA from INSEAD. Then, in 2020, COVID hit and everything slowed down. So, I decided to do something I'd never imagined: start my own company. But, before I could, I had a realization. I believed that most companies were making million-dollar decisions based on assumptions, not reality. And that this gap between what businesses think customers want and what customers actually need was costing them growth, revenue, and credibility. So, I started Mindcog in 2022, a Strategic Insights firm that helps businesses understand why customers convert and why many don't. And the results came faster than I expected. In just 3 years, I grew from a solo founder to leading a 17-person team. Fully bootstrapped, zero funding raised, working with mid-to-large enterprises. On May 11th, 2025, we moved into our own office in Chandigarh.
