• 1. Led the end-to-end subscription (Growth) experience of the Photoshop Express (PSX) app, to satisfy a large, diverse & global audience to meet business needs & goals. By accomplishing the fastest paid premium subscribers among other Adobe applications, it had a huge business impact. PsX is one of the best Adobe’s consumer-facing imaging applications.
• 2. Led the end-to-end bottom bar experience (Large-scale project) in PsX for all cohorts of user’s in collaboration with product, business, data science, research, and engineering partners. By maximizing the median number of active customers by 128% & reducing the drop-off rates by 36%, it had a huge business impact.
• 3. Responsible for driving the simplified bottom bar navigation in PsX by partnering closely with Adobe’s global research team. Established & contributed in innovating towards building a scalable navigation experience plus consideration of how this innovation will scale in other Adobe’s product.
• 4. Led the entire revamp of Photoshop Express (PSX) on the Windows platform - Adobe’s first native product on windows platform. Increasing the App store rating to 4.7 from earlier 4.3 since its launch in Dec 2017.
• 5. Simplified the discovery & learning experience for one of the most monetising features (HSL) in the app. Resulted in maximising 20K+ more premium subscribers with this overhaul in two months.
• 6. Leading UX design for multiple high-impacting features at once across multiple teams in different locations & time zones. (Mid-size projects/feature’s include Help & Learn, HSL, Subscription, Capture, My Themes, Watermarks & like many more)
