As a daughter of immigrants, I place immense value on working hard towards achieving my goals and apply this work ethic at the startups I work at. At Ironclad, I founded the data team and was a 1-person data team for 2 years from Series B to Series D. I built out and grew the Data function, supported dozens of stakeholders, and led product analytics that helped launched Ironclad’s Product Led Growth initiative as well as their Custom Reporting product, which attributed $XXXk - $XM in incremental ARR. Now at Fivetran, I provide analytics and insights for a global Product and Engineering team. I’ve build key OKR dashboards, flex my analytics engineering skills building and maintaining many complex data models, and provide analysis on how to improve our connector and transformation products in order to drive revenue growth. Outside of work, I started and run a 3000+ person Women in Data community called Data Angels. I've also shared my insights and experiences at prominent industry events such as the Women in Product conference (hosted by Meta) and the Summer Community Days conference (hosted by Census), as well as on podcasts hosted by leading Modern Data Stack companies like Census and Hightouch. I’m deeply interested in Silicon Valley/startups and am involved with Accel Partners as part of their Accel Scholar program. I’m eager to continue making impact on early data teams at world-changing startups.
