• I've led the launch and growth of the Young India Fellowship (YIF) programme, Ashoka University’s flagship postgraduate programme since 2011. YIF has grown from 57 fellows in our inaugural batch to 195 fellows in the 2015 batch.
• Along the way, I've worn all hats from program development, fundraising, faculty recruitment, student affairs and strategic partnerships with corporate, nonprofit and educational partners around the world. Some highlights include:
• Built partnerships with Yale, University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, Sciences Po, King's College, London, Carleton, and Wellesley College, among others.
• Grown placements program with top international and domestic corporate and nonprofit partners across India, including such firms as Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Abbott Laboratories, Genpact, Dahlberg, Microsoft, among others.
• Recruited world-class faculty from UPenn, Yale, Sciences Po, King's College, UC Berkeley

• Was part of the small team that launched the Young India Fellowship in May 2011. Was responsible for building and growing the Academic programme at the fellowship. In 2014 my responsibilities grew as along with Academic and Student Affairs, I was now also responsible for the Leadership and Professional development of the fellows. This now meant running the programme in its entirety. This role was both inward as well as outward focussed and helped me build a strong relationship with students, academics and industry.

• I was Regional Finance and Administration Head for North India, which included New Delhi and four branch offices in Jaipur, Agra, Moradabad and Ludhiana. Won Best Region of the year Award (Finance) for two years in a row.
• I managed a team of 25 across 5 offices. (The team consisted of branch managers, accountants, credit controllers, billing and data entry operators and administration officers.)
• Maintenance of all Financial Controls
• Generating reports to be sent to the HQ for all Cashflow / Sales generated in the region.
• Invoice generation for all customers.
• Controlling the aged debt for the region. Won several awards for the best region vis-à-vis the aged debt.
• Handling all the legal issues for the region
• Handling customer related issues, service failures and other customer complaints.
• Was involved in the shifting of the branch head office from a 2000 square feet space to a four storied building. This included the selection of design, infrastructure and all other related issues with regards the setting up of the new office.
