My approach is centred around the quote from Henry T Ford “If I had asked people what they had wanted, they would have said faster horses”. My passion is to help people and organisations realise potential they never knew they had, and achieve outcomes they hadn’t considered pursuing. Through my career working in the IT industry in APJ, I’ve found that people are often scared to challenge what it is they currently do and introduce innovation. This holds true whether a person is looking at their own development or an organisation trying to understand how innovative technology may impact them.
